My hubby was scrolling TikTok, (heโs hip like that ๐), and he came across a video I overheardโฆ it got me to thinking about the differences between portraits and boudoir/intimate portraits. Because itโs really not about the clothes or the language in my opinionโฆ.

Itโs about who youโre intended viewer is.

There are portraits weโll happily send to grandma and hang on the wall. Theyโre happy confident, and playful (ideally).
But youโre more then just smiles and power posesโฆ youโre also full of desire, youโre vulnerable, youโre passionate, as wellโฆ. Intimate portrait sessions can cover these other expressions and more, as weโre creating images to express the whole self, not just the public self.
I specialize in portraits intended to help you express yourself in an intimate way, as a whole and beautiful human, not just the mask you wear for the world.
